Antimalarials are among the most tightly specified products we handle, because national treatment guidelines dictate exactly which combinations and strengths are acceptable, and those guidelines differ.
We supply artemisinin based combination therapy in the weight-band strengths used for both paediatric and adult courses, injectable artesunate for severe presentations, and the sulfadoxine with pyrimethamine combination.
Pack presentation is rarely incidental here. Course packs, blister counts and language on the carton are usually fixed by the buying programme, and we produce to that rather than to a house standard.
