Who take care of the ordered product?
Once you are done with payment, your order is forwarded to the pharmacy shipping department for further processing, i.e. packaging and shipping. We will inform you of the same within 24 hours through e-mail.
Can I track the order?
Of course, you can! You can track your order by contacting our customer support team. Your order is shipped within 24 hours, and the tracking code for the same is uploaded to the system. You can log into your account and check the package’s whereabouts.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You need to contact our customer support team through online chat or e-mail within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, cancellation of orders is not possible.

Yes, we do ship medications across the globe. We deliver your prescription to the place you prefer. However, the duration of delivery may vary, but we make sure that you receive your medicine within a stipulated period.
Do you have free shipping facilities?
Yes, We provide free express shipping for all orders above $250. On average express shipping takes 7-15 business days.
When is the shipping process initiated?
Our shipping department dispatches your order within 24 hours. Orders placed on Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be dispatched on the next working day. We will send you an email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order after logging in to your account.
Do you follow guidelines and protocols during packaging and shipping?
We follow all the guidelines and protocols while packaging and shipping the product. Our team takes care of the packaging and shipping with all the safety measures so that the order reaches you safely.
Refunds
If I don't get my order, will you refund the money?
Yes, we refund the money if we fail to deliver your product. However, you need to follow our refund policy. You need to contact our customer support team and inform the representative that you haven’t received your medicine. We will verify all the details. If the error is from our side, we will initiate your refund as soon as possible. Orders not delivered with 21 days of express shipment and 35 days of regular shipment are refunded automatically.
If I'm unsatisfied with the medical effect, do I get my money back?
We are sorry to inform you that we do not entertain any query related to refund in such a case. Because the medicine is prescribed by your medical practitioner, we are just a supplier. Hence, we always recommend customers consult a doctor before buying any medicine.
If I get the wrong order, will I get the refund?
In such cases, we first verify every detail. If a mistake has occurred from our team, we will re-ship your ordered product free of charge, or else you can ask for a refund by getting in touch with our customer support team. If the fault is from your side while ordering, we are helpless.
If the medical product passed its expiry date, do I get the refund?
We haven’t experienced such a case yet, because we check every detail of the medicine, including the expiry date, before packaging. However, if you receive an expired medication, we will provide a fresh product with free shipping or refund your money after verifying the details; the choice is yours.
